Bloomberg, E-Trade, Others Face Stock Alert Patent Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (June 21, 2012, 4:16 PM EDT) -- Australian analytics company Markets-Alert Pty. Ltd. launched a spate of lawsuits Wednesday accusing Bloomberg LP, Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., E-Trade Financial Corp., TD Ameritrade Inc. and other online stock traders of infringing a patented system for providing electronic stock market alerts.
