Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 5:23 PM ET) -- Lane Powell PC has tapped an experienced securities litigator from K&L Gates LLP to serve as co-head of its growing securities practice group.
Douglas W. Greene became co-chairman of the practice group at the end of May, joining Lane Powell's Seattle office where he will defend public directors and officers in securities class actions, litigation over mergers and acquisitions, shareholder derivatives actions and investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
