Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 4:05 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has shot down efforts by engineering firm Nova Technologies Inc. to overturn award of a U.S. Air Force mission support contract worth up to $350 million, saying the winning proposal is technically sound and realistically priced, according to a decision released Wednesday.
The GAO found the Air Force properly investigated Spiral Solutions and Technologies Inc.’s proposed staffing levels, which helped it undercut Nova’s bid by $100 million and which military evaluators found to be “sound and feasible.”
