High Court Will Consider Medicare Repayment Deadlines

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 1:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider a case that could determine whether Medicare reimbursement appeals are time-barred if providers are unaware that they may have valid claims, which federal health officials warn could administratively and financially cripple the program.
