Supreme Court To Tackle Split On Title VII 'Supervisor' Status

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear an appeal that turns on who qualifies as a supervisor whose actions can saddle an employer with Title VII liability, despite the solicitor general's admonition that the case was the wrong vehicle for addressing that question.
