Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 1:29 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday invited the U.S. solicitor general to weigh in on Classen Immunotherapies Inc.'s dispute with GlaxoSmithKline PLC over Classen's patents for evaluating a vaccine immunization schedule.
The high court asked Solicitor General Donald B. Verrilli Jr. to file a brief in the case expressing the views of the U.S. government, according to the one-sentence order.
The Supreme Court handed down the order without comment.
