High Court To Decide If Obsolete Laws Rule In Error Reviews

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 4:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to determine whether appeals courts must review claims of plain error based on the murky law that existed when an alleged error was made or based on since-settled law available at the time of an appellate decision.
