Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 5:57 PM EDT) -- A subsidiary of pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk A/S escaped a $70 million putative class action Monday after the wage-and-hour suit was dropped in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Michael Shane Christopher et al. v. Smithkline Beecham Corp.
