Apple-Motorola Wi-Fi Patent Ruling To Get 2nd ITC Look

Law360, New York (June 25, 2012, 8:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday revealed it would review in part a preliminary decision that Apple Inc.'s iPhone and iPad infringed one Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. wireless communications patent but did not infringe three other Motorola patents.
