Planned Parenthood Topples $200M False Claims Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 25, 2012, 9:17 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Monday vowed to permanently dismiss a False Claims Act suit alleging California Planned Parenthood groups deliberately overbilled state and federal governments for over $200 million of birth control, saying a purported whistleblower failed to show how the groups' claims were false.
