Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 1:51 PM ET) -- Rupert Murdoch's media conglomerate News Corp. announced Tuesday that it was mulling a plan to restructure into two companies, reportedly splitting its publishing arm from its entertainment business.
“News Corporation confirmed today that it is considering a restructuring to separate its business into two distinct publicly traded companies,” the company said in a statement.
