State Farm, Others Pan 'Junk Science' Antitrust Testimony

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 2:18 PM EDT) -- State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. and several other insurers on Monday accused a group of car owners bringing antitrust claims over allegedly inferior repair parts of submitting "junk science" expert testimony that a California federal judge deemed insufficient for class certification in May.
