Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- A private equity specialist who has spent the past 12 years at Kirkland & Ellis LLP has joined Perkins Coie LLP as a partner in its Denver and New York offices, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kester Spindler comes from Kirkland's New York office and before that, London. While at Kirkland, he represented private equity sponsors like Bain Capital LLC, Madison Dearborn Partners LLC and Vestar Capital Partners LLC, a $7 billion middle-market private equity firm.
