DC Circ. Validates EPA's GHG Endangerment Finding

Circuit on Tuesday upheld the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's finding that greenhouse gas emissions threaten human health and welfare, thwarting efforts from states and energy industry advocates to block federal rules regulating the air pollutant.
