NLRB Urges DC Circ. To Uphold Union Poster Mandate

Circuit it was acting within its authority when it issued a controversial rule requiring employers to hang posters informing workers of their right to unionize, asking the appeals court to reinstate enforcement provisions nixed by a lower court.
