'Transylmania' Investors Hit Directors With $22M Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Investors of the commercial flop "Transylmania" lodged a $21.5 million breach of contract suit on Monday, claiming the film's directors and production companies committed fraud of "staggering" proportions by using the film's multimillion-dollar marketing budget to pay off personal debts.
