AHA Urges Delay Of Psych Unit Quality Reporting Program

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- The American Hospital Association said Monday that health officials should delay an inpatient psychiatric facility quality reporting program mandated by the health care reform law because many facilities have never before reported quality measures and won't be ready to do so by the Oct. 1 deadline.
