Workers Say Metlife Forced Them To Pay Expenses

Law360, New York (September 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. faces a purported class action from insurance agents who claim that the company illegally deducted rent, clerical support and other business expenses from their paychecks.

Lola G. Tate and Elaine Speiser filed an amended complaint on Wednesday in a New Jersey federal court alleging violations of New Jersey labor laws.
