Union Agrees Not To Block Tropicana Casino In Protest Suit

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City, N.J., and the union representing 1,050 of its employees in a bitter contract dispute have agreed to a temporary restraining order barring the union from blocking the flow of vehicles and pedestrians around the company's property.
