Law360, Wilmington (June 27, 2012, 3:09 PM ET) -- After resolving a contract dispute with a Chevron USA Inc. affiliate, Solar Trust of America LLC received a Delaware bankruptcy judge's blessing on Wednesday to sell two developmental solar projects in California to separate buyers for a combined $20 million.
