Ravens Logo Designer Hits Team With Another Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 5:31 PM ET) -- The designer of a logo allegedly used by the Baltimore Ravens in the 1990s sued the professional football organization again Wednesday, accusing the team of displaying his image in the Ravens stadium without permission.

Frederick E. Bouchat, who recently won a court order requiring the football team to pay him royalties for its use of his “Flying B” logo, said in his new lawsuit against Baltimore Ravens LP that the team was hanging photographs bearing the symbol in violation of his copyright holdings.
