Skinnygirl Margarita Maker Can't Wriggle Out Of False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (July 02, 2012, 7:00 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Friday kept alive a proposed class action accusing Beam Global Spirits and Wine Inc. and a reality TV star of falsely advertising their Skinnygirl Margarita as all-natural, rejecting Beam's contention that consumers' problems were with retailers, not the manufacturer.
