Accutane Trial To Begin Monday, As Planned

Law360, New York (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a state case in the multidistrict product liability litigation over Accutane, a judge on Friday denied defendant Hoffmann-La Roche’s motion for summary judgment, clearing the way for the trial to kick off on Monday.
