Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 1:41 PM ET) -- AXA Private Equity has bought a 45 percent stake in French Web conferencing technology company Arkadin SA, it said Wednesday, announcing its second investment in as many days.
Financial details were not disclosed. AXA said it would use its global network to help 10-year-old Arkadin, Europe's second-biggest independent conference technology provider, consolidate its market position and expand faster into Asia and Latin America.
