Law360, New York (September 24, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has decided not to rehear arguments over a ruling it issued on how to set up the new regulatory regime that has started governing the United States' bulk electric power system.
In its decision on Friday, FERC did, however, issue some clarifications on its order setting the terms in the eight so-called delegation agreements with North American Electric Reliability Corp., granting part of a request by utilities and regional transmission organizations.
