Cozen O'Connor Sued Over Atty's Allegedly Shoddy Work

Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 5:20 PM EDT) -- A Brooklyn gourmet market owner slapped Cozen O'Connor and one of its lawyers Thursday with a suit seeking to recoup $300,000 in legal fees already paid in what the plaintiff called a bungled payment system for services the attorney allegedly never delivered.
