House Farm Bill Trims $35B, Extends Food Safety Programs

Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 8:17 PM EDT) -- A House committee on Thursday unveiled its version of a food and farming bill that boasts $35 billion in savings, and also includes the extension of programs that fund food safety projects and education initiatives.
