Judge Rejects Sony's Bid To Trim Suit Over 'Premium Rush'

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 1:48 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday refused to trim an author's suit claiming Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Columbia Pictures Industries Inc. and others behind the upcoming movie "Premium Rush" unlawfully used his ideas and violated implied compensation agreements.
