Laos Denies Breaking Ground On Controversial Dam

Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 3:42 PM ET) -- Laos officials said Thursday they are not pushing ahead with a controversial mega-dam that is still waiting for approval from neighboring countries, contradicting reports from environmentalists that construction is underway, but shedding little light on if or when the $3.7 billion project might get off the ground.
