Fed. Circ. Lets ITC Block Appeals Of Patent Issues

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 6:18 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday took back its previous criticism of the U.S. International Trade Commission's position that if it doesn't address an issue when it reviews an ITC judge's patent ruling, the issue can't be appealed to the Federal Circuit — a reversal one expert said could increase the length and cost of ITC litigation.
