Calif. Lawmakers On Deck To Tackle Pension Reform

Law360, San Diego (July 09, 2012, 11:14 PM ET) -- Now that California lawmakers have pushed through legislation related to the state budget, homeowner protections and funding for a high-speed rail project, they'll be turning their focus on how to overhaul public workers’ pension benefits and other controversial measures when they come back from a monthlong break in August, experts say.
