Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 5:26 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday dismissed a False Claims Act suit brought by married real estate managers, saying their claims that their bankruptcy trustee undervalued their property as part of a kickback scheme were not pled specifically enough.
