Chevron's Opposing Counsel Sanctioned In Enviro Suit

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 8:33 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge on Monday awarded $250,000 in sanctions to Chevron USA Inc. against attorneys from Lundy Lundy Soileau & South LLP and Brent Coon & Associates representing plaintiffs in a suit over contamination and illnesses allegedly caused by the oil giant's Ohio refinery.
