Hyundai's '40 MPG Elantra' Ads Are Misleading, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 9, 2012, 9:38 PM EDT) -- Hyundai Motor America has been targeted in a proposed class action claiming its ads that its 2011 and 2012 Elantra models can achieve 40 miles per gallon are misleading, California-based consumer advocacy nonprofit Consumer Watchdog said Monday.
