Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 3:49 PM ET) -- An energy project finance attorney who specializes in the U.S. and Latin American sectors has joined McDermott Will & Emery LLP as a partner in its energy advisory practice group in Washington, D.C., McDermott announced Tuesday.
Alex Choinski was previously a senior associate with Baker Botts LLP in Washington. He primarily advises borrowers and lenders in financing complex infrastructure projects and asset acquisitions in the energy industry, including renewable energy, McDermott said.
Choinski started at the firm late last week after leaving Baker Botts in mid-June....
