FTC Won't Abandon Pay-For-Delay Offensive, Chief Says

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 6:44 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission is "nowhere near" running out of ways to challenge pay-for-delay deals as it continues to pursue both litigation over the allegedly anti-competitive patent settlements as well as legislative fixes, Chairman Jon Leibowitz told Law360.
