FTC Chief Sees 'Sweet Spot' For Section 5 Antitrust Cases

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 3:44 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission plans to continue to push its broad authority to go after companies for unfair methods of competition, FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz has told Law360, despite criticism that the agency overreached in using that power to target Intel Corp. for allegedly curbing competition for computer chips.
