Triple Five Strikes Back At Giants, Jets Over $2B NJ Project

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- Canadian developer Triple Five Group Ltd. fired back Tuesday against New York Jets LLC and New York Football Giants Inc. in New Jersey state court, seeking to toss an allegedly premature effort to block plans for a $2 billion entertainment and entertainment complex.

The Jets and Giants filed suit in June against Triple Five and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, claiming that modifications proposed for the massive American Dream Meadowlands project, formerly known as Xanadu, violate a 2006 cooperation agreement.
