Supreme Court To Rule In Landmark Copyright Case

Law360, New York (June 18, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule this week on what is arguably the most important copyright case to have reached the court in more than two decades.

Perhaps as early as Monday, the court could rule in MGM v. Grokster, a dispute over software that allows people to swap digital data such as songs and movies over the internet.
