US Slaps More Economic Sanctions On Iran

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 6:38 PM EDT) -- In the latest attempt to cut Iran’s economic lifeblood and put pressure on its budding weapons program, the U.S. on Thursday imposed additional sanctions on Iran and identified more than 50 energy companies, banks, shipping lines and other entities that the Iranian government allegedly uses as fronts.
