Va. DOT, County Sue To Block EPA's Water Flow Limits

Law360, Chicago (July 12, 2012, 7:13 PM EDT) -- Virginia's state transportation department and a local county sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday seeking to block the federal agency from imposing water flow restrictions on the Accotink Creek watershed, rules the state says overstep the EPA's authority under the Clean Water Act.
