Takeaways From SBA’s 2011 Procurement Scorecard

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 1:23 PM EDT) -- Every year, the U.S. Small Business Administration releases small business procurement scorecards that analyze how well individual federal agencies — and the government as a whole — are doing in satisfying their small business contracting goals. The SBA released its 2011 scorecards in June, and for the second year in a row the results paint a grim picture.
