Texas Jury Hands Down $118M Verdict In Hospital Investor Suit

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 10:51 PM EDT) -- A Texas state jury on Wednesday delivered a $118 million verdict against a Texas attorney, First National Bank of Edinburg and a health care management group in an investor suit accusing them of conspiring to take over three Texas hospitals the investors had purchased in 2009.
