GAO Denies Trident3's $24M Weather Station Protest

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 3:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. General Accountability Office said Friday that it has denied a protest by Trident3 LLC to force the Navy to reinstate a $24 million contract for weather station services that had been withdrawn after another agency said the company didn’t meet small-business guidelines.
