High Court Gets Third DOMA Case

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A New York widow challenging the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to consider her case before the Second Circuit rules on it, making it the third suit over the law that the high court has been asked to hear.
