Microsoft Prevails In Novell Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 3:40 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp. on Monday beat Novell Inc.'s long-running allegations that the software giant blocked it from the market by cutting compatibility between Windows 95 and Novell's applications portfolio, after a Utah federal judge determined Microsoft's conduct didn't qualify as antitrust activity.
