House GOP Members Back Russia Trade Normalization

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 2:06 PM ET) -- As the U.S. Senate prepares to mark up a Russian trade normalization bill on Wednesday, 73 House Republican freshmen have released a letter pledging to work with President Barack Obama in order to grant Russia permanent normal trade relations.

The group said Congress and the president need to act quickly to normalize trade relations with Russia, ahead of the country’s entry into the World Trade Organization next month.
