Insurer Hit With $1M Suit Over Football Injury Indemnity

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 6:41 PM ET) -- The National Catholic Risk Retention Group asked a state judge in Philadelphia Tuesday to force American Casualty Co. to pay $1.1 million toward a settlement with a former LaSalle University football player who sued the school and a university nurse after suffering a brain injury during a game.
