Law360, New York (September 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- When Verizon Wireless blocked text messages from a pro-choice group last week before reversing its stance under public pressure, net neutrality advocates insisted that the company's move underlined the need for industry regulation.

However, while even the definition of net neutrality stays just as varied and fluid as the medium it hopes to regulate, legislation will not be forthcoming, lawyers say.
