Mont. Power Co-Op Meddled With Contracts, City Says

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 10:32 PM EDT) -- A bankrupt Montana power cooperative used an alter ego to get General Mills Inc. and others to break their contracts with Great Falls, Mont.'s electricity arm after discord stemming from a power plant construction project led Great Falls to try to exit the co-op, the city claimed Tuesday.
